Welcome to my website, I have had quite an amazing journey in life.  With the dark and the light, I have decided to focus the next part of my journey on helping my self to achieve what I am meant to do in life.  Part of this includes creating self-awareness and learning so that I may create exponential growth.  I believe that in order to help others achieve this growth I have to constantly do this for myself.  After 25 years of struggling with addiction, I decided to change the thing that was destroying my freedom and happiness.  This change meant I needed to start working on myself and to start giving back to the stream of life.  Today I am free of the bondage of self that led me down this dark path, and I am constantly learning more and more about myself as this journey progresses. Part of this journey was becoming trained as a practitioner or professional helper.  Some of my training has led me to start my own coaching practice. I am trained and qualified as a:

• Certified Coach Practitioner with ICF.
• COMENSA Credentialed Practitioner.
• Successfully completed 300 hours of coach-specific training through the South African College of Applied Psychology.
• Experienced and qualified Transformative Solutions Focussed Coach.
• Qualified and experienced Addictions Recovery Coach.
• 5 Years of experience working as an Addictions Counsellor for treatment facilities and rehabs all over Cape Town
